Terms of Service

The service

BioWiz provides AI image and video generation and editing tools for adults. You must be 18 or older — or the age of majority where you live, if higher — to hold an account or run any tool.

Accounts and credits

Generation happens inside accounts; there is no anonymous use, though signing up is free. Credits are spent per job at the price shown before you confirm it, and a job that fails refunds its credits automatically. Credit packs are one-time purchases and unused credits stay on the account. Credits are not money: they carry no cash value and cannot be transferred.

What may be made here

You may create fictional adult characters and transform media you own or hold documented consent to use. Prohibited without exception: anything involving minors or characters presented as minors; imagery of real people without their consent; anything illegal where you are. Breaches mean removal and account termination, and illegal material is reported where the law requires it.

Your media, your responsibility

You are responsible for what you upload and for holding the rights and consent it needs. Publishing a piece to the showcase grants the service the right to display it there until you unpublish it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available, and generation results vary — no specific outcome is promised. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before a claim.
