What we hold

Your account details (email address, and your password stored only as a hash), the media you upload, the briefs and jobs you run, the media made for you, and the order records our payment processors send back. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Your library is private

Uploads and results are visible only inside your account unless you deliberately publish a piece to the showcase, and anything published can be unpublished again at any time. Team access to private material is limited to running the service, answering support you asked for, and moderation duties.

Payments

Card payments are handled by third-party processors. We receive confirmations and order references, never your full card number.

Keeping and deleting data

Account data lives while the account does. You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — account, uploads and generated media included — by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account. Deletion requests are answered within 30 days.

Adults only

BioWiz is an adults-only service. Accounts and content are limited to people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the new version will be posted on this page with its date.
